A kerb at a bad angle bends a rim and lets the tyre down. If the wheel is sound enough to repair, we repair it. If it is not, we will tell you.
We straighten and repair alloy wheels that have taken a knock, so you are not buying a new rim for a scuff or a buckle that can be put right. The tyre comes off, the rim is repaired, and the tyre goes back on if it is still good.
A cracked wheel, or one that has been welded badly already, is not a repair we will sign off. You get a straight answer before any money is spent.
Kerb and buckle damage The kind of knock that has the car shaking or losing air.
Checked before we start If it should be replaced, that is what we say.
Tyre refitted The same tyre goes back on when it is still legal and sound.
